In October 2025, we introduced phytoRX at the Society of Cannabis Clinicians Conference in Denver.
We had the conviction that a water-compatible cannabinoid emulsion provides a real solution to the cannabis therapeutic space. But we have some big questions to answer: who would be the ideal user? How would they use phytoRX? And what effect would they experience?
Six months following the introduction, we have been in validation mode with the goal of getting as much feedback from as many types of users. The goal is to truly understand how a water-compatible, THC-free, and high-potency CBD and CBG Beverage Concentrate actually fits into people's lives before we tell them how it should.
How did we validate phytoRX?
We started with the people who understand cannabinoid therapeutics best: clinicians and nurses within the Society of Cannabis Clinicians (SCC). We placed phytoRX directly into their hands with no expectations beyond honest feedback. Over the following months, we stayed close and listened carefully to their observations, suggestions, and real-world use.
Seeing the advantage of phytoRX, many clinicians began introducing it to their patients. This opened the door to a diverse patient population, particularly individuals managing chronic, inflammation-driven conditions. Alongside this, we expanded through our network into senior communities, where we gathered meaningful feedback from individuals navigating pain, sleep disruption, and quality-of-life challenges. From there, adoption extended naturally into the athletic community, both former professional athletes and everyday performers.
Across all groups, we didn’t just distribute the product, but we documented experiences. We began collecting patient case reports and conducting a survey to help us understand how phytoRX truly works.
Throughout all 6 months, we had no social media or heavy push on marketing, because the intention was not on revenue but on understanding. It is time to report what we found out.
What the Clinicians & Nurses Saw
Cannabis clinicians and nurses are on the front lines of therapeutic cannabinoid use. They’ve watched patients struggle with inconsistent products and navigated a fragmented medical cannabis system that makes standardization nearly impossible. At the same time, they’ve seen a market focused on THC potency, while many patients need high-dose CBD and CBG without intoxication.
The moment we put phytoRX in front of clinicians, the response was universal: this seems to solve the product inconsistency issue that has long haunted the industry. It could also be a powerful tool to better support patients through improved dosing control. We have gotten many meaningful testimonials, and below are some highlights.
Dr. Abraham Benavides mentioned phytoRX's reliability and ease of integration into daily routines, while Dr. Neal Patel described the precision pump as a breakthrough for building consistent, repeatable outcomes. Dr. Jean Talleyrand emphasized the importance of consistent uptake, and Dr. Debra Kimless noted the importance of precise dosing and rigorous testing for safety and consistency.
That same clarity came from the broader healthcare community. Nurse practitioner Renee Reisinger emphasized transparency and the confidence that comes from a clear Certificate of Analysis and controlled delivery systems. Nurse Mo Smyth described it simply: it just makes sense—something that fits naturally into routines like coffee or tea. Nurse M’lissa Duncan called it the next generation of infused products, where technology meets intention. Nurse Eliza Warren described it as innovation grounded in real intention.
Across the board, clinicians and nurses agreed on the main advantages of phytoRX: consistent dosing and a format that makes adherence simple. Creating consistency and simplicity within a complex system is the value phytoRX provides.
What Patients Were Reporting
We want to be clear about what follows. The feedback below is not the result of a controlled clinical trial. What we are sharing here is the pattern that has emerged from patients using phytoRX in real-world environments.
The most consistent and striking finding is the relationship between phytoRX and inflammation-driven conditions. Patients managing colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, neuroinflammation, and related inflammatory pain have reported the most positive results.
We also observed a dose-dependent outcome. One patient who had been managing chronic pain with daily NSAIDs did not find meaningful improvement when using 1-2 pumps of phytoRX per day, but discovered that 3 pumps each morning moved him into a range where he no longer needed ibuprofen. We have seen many patients find their therapeutic dose between 4-6 pumps a day, which equals 200 -300 mg CBD and 100-150 mg CBG. This concentration is in agreement with the reported CBD effective range in most clinical studies.
Our biggest learning from patients is not to be afraid to increase the doses until you find the optimal therapeutic window for your condition.
What Seniors Discovered
Seniors represent populations who show great interest in cannabinoid wellness. They carry the highest burden of chronic pain and sleep disruption. They are often the most cautious about trying new products, particularly anything associated with cannabis. And they are often the ones with the most to gain.
PhytoRX's THC-free formulation was a critical factor in opening that door. Many seniors who would not consider a standard cannabis product found the phytoRX approachable precisely because there was no risk of impairment. Honey Smith Walls, in her 70s and full of vibrant energy, has been dealing with arthritis in her hands. After adding phytoRX to her hot cocoa, she noticed a meaningful improvement. Her hands felt more flexible, with reduced pain and increased mobility. Gloria Smith, a nurse educator and gerontologist, observed that the pump motion makes phytoRX practically accessible and easy to operate for the senior population.
For seniors dealing with pain and poor sleep in a linked cycle, the combination of daytime comfort and improved nighttime recovery has been a consistent theme. When pain is reduced, sleep improves. When sleep improves, pain tolerance increases. PhytoRX appears to support both ends of that cycle.
What Athletes Found
We did not anticipate the athletic community as an early adopter. They found their way to phytoRX through word of mouth, and what they reported reshaped how we think about one of phytoRX's most important use cases.
Former football players have been our most enthusiastic early users. The common theme across this group was body stiffness, chronic pain from years of physical stress, neuroinflammation from concussion, and disrupted sleep. Many of them found that phytoRX offers them reduced stiffness during the day, better pain management without impairment, and deeper sleep at night. For athletes who have spent careers finding the balance between performance and recovery, the precision and predictability of phytoRX were immediately appealing.
Among recreational athletes, the post-workout use case emerged organically. CrossFit athletes, martial arts practitioners, bodybuilders, long-distance runners, and yogis all built a habit to add 1-2 pump phytoRX to their post-workout routine and noticed a tangible reduction in muscle soreness, joint relaxation, and a general sense of physical ease that accelerated their recovery. The ability to train the next day again without the accumulated soreness of the previous session was the most commonly stated benefit.
Part of why this works so naturally is behavioral. Hydration is already a big part of athletic life. Recovery smoothies, protein shakes, and electrolyte water are all good bases for phytoRX. That frictionless integration into an existing ritual is part of why athlete adoption has been so consistent.
The no-THC formulation matters enormously in this population. Athletes want to recover and perform. They do not want to be impaired, sedated, or fail a drug test. PhytoRX gives them the therapeutic benefits of cannabinoids without any of those burdens.
PhytoRX for Everyday Professionals
Two populations we had not fully anticipated came through strongly in our first six months.
The first is the high-cognitive-demand professional: physicians, lawyers, executives, designers, and CPAs. Their minds are running constantly, carrying the weight of high-stakes decisions and family responsibilities simultaneously, and they cannot afford to be impaired. One phytoRX user, an ICU physician managing clinical work, active research, and family responsibilities around the clock, described feeling in control when using phytoRX because it does not get him high. If his hospital calls right now, he can respond immediately. If his kids need him, he can be fully present. What phytoRX offers him instead is a “mental pause”, a few hours of reduced cognitive pressure, a sense of relaxation inside a mind that never stops. He described this as something that could be transformative for a wide range of professions whose minds are racing at full speed all day and have no clean way to step down from it.
The second population is the skilled laborer: plumbers, construction workers, first responders, and just anyone who heavily relies on their body as part of the professional tool. One user, a plumber, described the daily wear on his knees, back, and muscles and told us that phytoRX helped him manage pain and endurance across a full workday in a way he had not experienced with other products. His instinct was the same as ours: this could help an enormous number of people in similar circumstances who are doing physically demanding work every day and have limited options for sustainable recovery.
Both of these users, from different spectrums of professions, are describing the same underlying value. PhytoRX reduces mental stress and physical strain without altering the person's ability to engage with their life and work.
Creating phytoRX User Guide from Real World Feedback
After 6 months of listening, we felt ready to create our first phytoRX User Guide, grounded in reality.
Four routines emerged consistently across our early validation.
The morning routine: 1-2 pumps added to coffee, tea, or juice, taken with breakfast. Users report reduced caffeine jitter, a greater sense of calm focus, and sustained physical comfort through the day. We recommend new users try this for 5 days before adjusting the dose, to allow the body to calibrate.
The evening routine: 1-2 pumps taken with dinner, or a couple of hours before bed. Users commonly experienced longer, more restorative sleep, with many reporting a refreshed, clear-headed feeling upon waking, free from morning grogginess. For users in the linked pain-and-sleep cycle, this is often where they feel the most meaningful shift.
The post-workout routine: 1-2 pumps added to a recovery beverage immediately after exercise. Users report faster muscle recovery, joint comfort, and the kind of physical ease that allows them to return to training sooner.
Finding the optimum therapeutic dose: for users managing chronic or severe conditions, they have the freedom to titrate to higher dosages. Some patients reach their therapeutic window at 3-6 pumps a day. CBD has a well-established safety profile at high doses, and for users who need more, we encourage gradual titration rather than stalling or stopping at a dose that is not yet working.
One note on flavor. The botanical taste of phytoRX draws consistent feedback. Some users love it. Some find it too bitter. Our position is intentional: the taste is a design choice. On one hand, the bitterness is a deterrent for anyone drinking it straight without adding it to a flavored beverage. On the other hand, the bitterness is a reminder of the true origin of the plant. We want every sip to carry a moment of awareness.
Orange juice pairs best, the citrus smoothing the botanical edge. Tea and coffee work naturally. Protein shakes and smoothies both work great. Generally, a drink with more liquid offers less perceived bitterness.
What We Are Building Moving Forward
Six months of intentional validation have given us something we could not have gotten any other way: conviction grounded in reality.
We know phytoRX helps people with inflammation-driven pain. We know it supports sleep in a broad range of users. We know it is working for patients, seniors, athletes, and just everyday professionals. We know clinicians see it as a meaningful step forward, consistent and accessible cannabinoid therapeutics. We know that the no-THC feature unlocks populations who would otherwise never touch a cannabis product.
What we are building now is the evidence to explain what our early users already know. We are partnering with clinicians to conduct patient case reports. We are conducting structured athlete trials. We are collecting data with the same rigor and transparency that defines how we built the product in the first place.
We did not rush to market. We will not rush to claims. What we are doing is building something that can stand up to scrutiny, because the people using phytoRX deserve that, and the future of cannabinoid wellness depends on it.
We distilled the first 6 months of learning into phytoRX's first User Guide, which helps people understand how to get the benefit of phytoRX most effectively.
More is coming. We are listening.
