This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our online store (the “Services”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, launches, or promotions. 

SHIPPING METHODS & TIMEFRAMES

Shipping timeframes presented at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier capacity, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. Once we hand orders to the carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for final delivery. Title and risk of loss transfer to you at that time.

SHIPPING RATES, DUTIES & TAXES

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Taxes, duties, import fees, VAT, customs assessments, or brokerage fees may apply depending on your region. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless explicitly stated otherwise.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays, loss, or misdelivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to us due to address issues or failure to collect, additional shipping costs may apply to re-ship.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package shows “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or inability to locate the package. 

PRE-ORDERS / BACKORDERS

If an item is a pre-order or backorder, shipping timelines will be indicated on the product page. Your payment is processed at the time of purchase to reserve inventory.

MODIFICATIONS / CANCELLATIONS

We cannot guarantee the ability to change or cancel orders once placed. Contact us immediately if a change is needed, and we will attempt to assist, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
